We make a life by what we give

I know (I can feel it) some of you (responsible people with tax paying jobs to do in the morning) will be starting to think about the week ahead. I know you can't help it. But just to say, there's more acoustic lounge, Shappi and Jon, Sound of the Sands and Madchester classics on the dancefloor with Tooley (and lots more) .. Coastival doesn't stop until 2am tonight.

But

If you are housebound for the night I just wanted to say this.

We make a life by what we give

So share your photos on Flickr, share your videos on YouTube and tag them with Coastival and Scarborough so we can find them and share in your experience because of course, we won't have seen what you saw.

It just makes life a little bigger.

Bless you for being part of our magical Coastival and hopefully, see you next time.

And keep watching the feeds because we've so much more of the weekends' experience to share.

Johnny's in the wardrobe with .. that big ball of light in Spa Suncourt for Coastival

It's a 4m high spherical multimedia screen, an art installation, an interactive globe that watches you move and projects your tweets, and it's in the Spa Sun Court (well, I say 'sun', but you know where I mean), for Coastival. Go see, and Chris may let you look inside.

Here, Johnny goes inside the ball and talks to creator Chris Squire of Impossible.org.uk (about his big shiny ball, obviously).

Outdoor stage lineup for Saturday in Scarborough town centre

We just got the lineup for today's bands on the stage in the town centre. Remember also, Saurus are performing at 12 and 2, and you can get a charm to ward off bad karma (try bad weather, let's see if it works) too.

If you get cold, there's the Acoustic lounge at the Spa throughout the day, Light Classics at Westborough Church at 1, Love When it's Brass at the SJT at 1, Elvis film King Creole at the Spa at 2, nautical knot tying at at the heritage centre on Eastborough at 2, and a clogging workshop at the SJT at 2 or get down to serious jazz with Dennis Rollins and Sarah Ellen Hughes at 2 at the Spa.

That's before we talk about the exhibitions in cafes, the art gallery, free entry to the Rotunda, Woodend, the SJT .. and on. Buy a programme £2 :-)

OK, here's the lineup for the town centre stage:
